Tank Abbott sued a video game company

I read an interview somewhere where Tank said he never wanted his likeness in a video game and then mentioned that he sued some comapny for it.

 

Anyone know anything about this like what game he was in, what company did he sue, etc.

I know he was in Backstage Assault, I'd probably sue someone for being in that too. I'm not sure if he was in any UFC games. If this is for Backstage Assault, it is very unlikely that he would win any money, because WCW would most likely have some kind of note in everyone's contract that their character and image will be used for T-Shirts, toys, games, and other stuff.
