Because GTA 3 isn't a first party title, it is up to them to decide when to put it on the Greatest hits line. So It'll probably be a while, since people are still paying $40 for it right now. That game is awesome, I've beat it on every level except Ace (working through that now) and unlocked every plane to use (the F-22 kicks major ass). I've heard it's supposed to be good. As a fan of the Res evil series, I say its ok. Not as much action as 2&3 which can either be good or bad. Besides the graphics and the sniper rifle (which has only a handfull of bullets) there are barely any improvements (you can see the plot a mile away if you've played the other res evil games).
