Guest mastermind Report post Posted March 7, 2002 I know some would say this doesn't belong here, but I'm pulling a Bischoff with the bait and switch. You need to read the first three parts under the old school forum to understand what this is about. Well, here it goes starting with Montreal Survivor Series '97. Survivor Series '97 WWF Title Match "Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart The climax of their feud happens in Canada. winner: Steve Austin and Bret does the traditional thing The next night on RAW Vince strips Bret of the I-C title in Ottawa creating heat on Mr. Mcmahon in a controversial match. The screwjob happens on RAW live and the world wonders what the hell was that. Austin confronts Mr. Mcmahon about this and their rivalry hits another chapter. Bret still leaves the company with sympathy and face heat and Vince garners his heel heat, but there is no real hate between the two. They work everyone. The raping of the business doesn't actually happen. Royal Rumble '98 WWF Title Match "Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. Owen Hart rematch for Bret Hart WWF I-C title tourney final four The Rock wins the title just like he did at Survivor Series 98 since Bret was stripped of the title around November. Royal Rumble winner: Mankind he turns into Vince's corporate puppy to defeat Austin at Mania. WrestleMania 14 WWF Title Match Steve Austin vs. Dude Love *use the OTE match with "on the fly" rules Hell in a Cell Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker and HBK retires WWF I-C title match The Rock vs. Shamrock wasn't too shabby use real history WWF Tag Team Title *use the real history *This show was pretty good no need to mess it up too much KOR '98 Keep the show as is SummerSlam '98 Keep as is Survivor Series '98 WWF Title Match Steve Austin vs. Mr. Mcmahon steel cage match *just to stick with the screwjob for one year angle The I-C champion becomes a blur to me at the moment I'm sorry blame Russo. Royal Rumble '99 WWF Title Match Steve Austin vs. Triple H Royal Rumble winner: The Rock who becomes face WrestleMania 15 WWF Title Match Austin vs. The Rock winner: The Rock becomes champion ending Austin's 2 year plus reign.I say the wwf really went downhill after WM 15, so I crown Rock the new champion and let him ride the title. The Rock would rival Austin anyways in popularity few months later why not fast forward the situation. KOR WWF Title Match Rock vs. Taker Sorry other titles are too blurry here, so I make up champions not sticking with actual lineage from previous posts because of 1999. So Triple H I-C champion. I also don't really remember too much around the accident either. I also already see the problem that most of these guys have faced each other. SummerSlam '99 WWF Title match The Rock vs. Jeff Jarret winner: The Rock Jesse Ventura still special ref WWF I-C Champion Triple H vs. Mankind WWF Survivor Series 1999 WWF Title Match The Rock vs. Mankind storyline of Rock and Sock with proper pay-off to the high rated segment winner:The Rock Hit and run still happens with Austin. WOW it took Austin a whole damn year to recover, yet Triple H took much worse he took only a week. Recently, Rock taking two weeks after getting smashed by a semi. However, these outrageous stuff wouldn't happen because of 1989. WWF I-C Title Triple H vs. Chris Jericho winner: Chris Jericho Finally out of that pretty much crappy year in real historical terms. 2000 Royal Rumble winner: Triple H WWF Title Match The Rock vs. Cactus Jack winner: The Rock WWF I-C Title Match Chris Jericho vs. Kurt Angle winner: Jericho ends Angle's streak WWF Tag Title Match stays the same and leave the show as is WrestleMania 16 (not 2000 crap) WWF Title Match The Rock vs. Triple H winner: Triple H wins the same way while the birth of the Mcmahon/Helmsley family faction still happens. WWF I-C title match Jericho vs. Benoit winner: Benoit Tag match stays the same KOR 2000 Kurt Angle wins and book the right damn people to go over in the real historical account. WWF Title Match Ironman Match The Rock vs. Triple H winner: The Rock regains the title SummerSlam 2000 WWF Title Match The Rock vs. Chris Jericho one year into the wwf he gets his title shot WWF I-C Title Match Kurt Angle vs. Triple H winner: Angle with help from Steph the sooner we end their damn relationship the better rest of card stays the same Survivor Series 2000 Survivor Series Street Fight The Rock vs. Triple H WWF Title Match Steve Austin makes a surprise return and spoils the match making it a double dq. Fans wouldn't be too upset since this would be the first appearance from Austin in a year. Next night on RAW he blames one of these two guys for the hit and run. The Rock retains his title and is framed by Triple H who is a tweener. All things point to the Rock. The Rock is booed and denies being apart of the crime. WWF I-C Title Match Benoit vs. Kurt Angle winner: Kurt Angle WWF Tag Title situation stays same 2001 Royal Rumble winner: Steve Austin WWF Title Match The Rock vs. Benoit winner: The Rock who is now playing heel since no one believes he didn't do the hit and run. WWF I-C title match Kurt Angle vs. Chris Jericho show remains the same WrestleMania 17 WWF Title Match stays the same with Austin turning heel with Vince Mcmahon. Austin knowing all along that HBK was the one who hit him. HBK does an interview the next night explaining why he didn't admit to it all along. Austin did this to fool the fans who were now backing Rock in his absence. He joined with Vince for the upperhand. I would actually put Angle vs. Triple H the blow off to the love triangle. Rest of the show is pretty good as it is. Part 5 will be a mountain to climb!
