Guest alfdogg Report post Posted December 20, 2002 What the FUCK Why the fuck do people keep voting for Grant Hill? The guy can't go for more than two weeks without some kind of injury. He's played, what, about 20 games in the last two seasons? Not to mention missing quite a bit already this season, yet he's second in the voting for East forwards. And if that didn't set me off enough, it will ONCE AGAIN be a Pacer player getting screwed out of a starting spot should Hill stay healthy (see Reggie Miller in 96, when Penny Hardaway was voted to start despite playing only 15 games prior to the break, and NONE before the voting ended.), as Jermaine O'Neal is right behind Hill in third. While granted that: 1) Hill is good when he can play (key statement in bold), 2) There is still plenty of time for voting so O'Neal can catch up, This is why fans shouldn't be allowed to vote the starters. EDIT: Jalen Rose gets no love either, as he's not even in the top ten for forwards. I guess being in the top ten in scoring isn't good enough... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
