What exactly is it? We already have had Torrie go over Dawn about ten times, yet the saga goes on. We already had the HLA in the hotel room, yet the saga goes on. We all know the "wedding" is going to be disrupted and I am sure we are ALL hoping that it will be the final chapter to this big mess. If all that happens is that Torrie interrupts the wedding and that is it, end of saga, I will be pissed. There needs to be some payoff in the end that could make all this Al Wilson NONSENSE worth our time. So my question is, how would YOU END THIS SAGA? Oh and there is no point in giving responses like, "I would have never made it in the first place" because for one, we ALL would say that, and number two, it is too late for that anyway. So, once again, how would you END THIS SAGA?

I nearly walked out of the sportsbar during the PPV because their segment ran hideously long (Actually, I did walk out eventually, right before the Raw main event). All I can say is, thank God there was a basketball game to help me pass that time of endless suffering.

I'm gonna agree on just dropping the angle entirely. There isn't a wrestling payoff for this: we've seen Torrie and Dawn "wrestle" a half-dozen times already, and they simply can't wrestle in any way, shape, or form.

 

The nonsense took up almost an eighth of the show on Smackdown. One eighth of the programming on this nonsense!

 

My solution would just to be to forget it all forever, give Al Wilson a few bucks for being on the shows, and even take Torrie and Dawn off TV for a month if that's what it takes for people to forget it.

How would I end it? I would realize my mistake and rather than totally eating crow, immediately give it a five minute payoff wedding segment with the usual obvious bullshit and never make mention of it again.

 

 

How will WWE end it? Carry on with this crap for another 3 months to set up the obvious 30 min. payoff at WM. Then have recaps and spin offs for the next year. And they'll do that cause weddings and HLA mean RATINGS BABY!!!!

Work with me here, as I don't agree with what's been going on with all of this, but if I had to pick the angle up right now, and end it somehow, here is what I'd do...

 

...on SD, Torrie basicly gave up, saying that Dawn and Al should just be together, so I would play it up as if Torrie has "disowned" her father, and could care less if he gets married or not. Then, at the wedding, I would keep showing footage backstage of Torrie looking as if she doesn't care, and even telling off one of the backstage interviewers because she really doesn't care about Dawn, or her father anymore.

 

Durring the wedding, at the moment where they ask if Al takes Dawn to be his wife, he says, yes. Then, when they ask Dawn, she begins to seemingly question it. Then out of nowhere, I'd have a new wrestler debut and simply destroy Al, and I mean take him out like a mother fucker. Have it be a returning Rhyno, Taker, or someone new like a Simon Diamond or someone. Torrie would then obviously come running down to the ring to hold her beaten father in her hands, saying that she is sorry to him, over and over, as she cries.

 

Dawn would then say that all of this was just a MEGA ploy to make a fool out of Torrie. She would say she was only using Al to really get at Torrie, as she knew that her father was her true weakness. She would then go on to insult Al, blah blah blah.

 

Then, the next week or so, Torrie would say that she has a big suprise for the bastard that did what he did to her father, thus leading up to Torrie's man Vs. Dawn's man. Whoever it is, I would have them be solid workers, who could actually put on a hell of a match, to end all of this rubbish. I would have Torrie/Dawn simply be on the sidelines after this point, as simply valets, period. Al would never be seen or heard from again on WWE TV, and we might just get some great matches out of all of this.

 

That's just how I'd do it, so, you know.

Have them rip apart the wwe, before leaving they all say their contracts are up and they are going to start a new promotion with a show airing on FX network on Mondays from 9-11. This is the only payoff to this angle that would make me happy that I sat through it.
