Having trouble opening Contents and Index...

Every time I click on Contents and Index in Outlook Express(I'm trying to fix a mail-receiving error), nothing happens anymore. Is there any reason why?

Perhaps the help file is corrupted. Just go to Microsoft.com and hit downloads and just download and reinstall IE over it and it should fix the issue.
