Flair vs. Undertaker

So Flair vs Taker is pretty much inevitable, but who really wants to see this match?  As great as it is to see Flair in the ring, he's too far past his prime and I don't think even he could get a classic out of the Taker.

 

Keeping in mind that the Taker has to have an opponent for WM, how about this scenario.  Flair comes out and says that he's already told you, I'm an owner, I don't wrestle anymore, but you still pull all this shit to bring me out.  Well I've had enough, tonight it ends, tonight you get you match, and this is that man you'll face - Benoit's music hits.  The rabid wolverine makes his return and the Taker puts him over after a little help from Flair.

A couple people have thrown out Benoit returnes scenarios, and I would love to see it. I dont think there is any chance of it happenening though. Benoit said he might be able to return to do a promo for Mania, but wouldnt be able to wrestle until around May, maybe April. even if he is okay and it's all a "wink-wink" work, he still wouls have to be out there on some house shows to work off the rust and get back to the "flow" of WWF style and in front of the crowds. Hey maybe he's been working out at the training facility or something and will surprise everybody. A ring rust Benoit might be beter than a part time Flair. I doubt it will happen and maybe Flair can pull out the last speck of Flair magic and have a great match. I hope they play up flair's legendary status vs. Underatker's undefeated streak. That along with the Flair revenge story would be great elements to focus on.

Would make the past few weeks seem kind of pointless though.. all these angles setting up the Flair/Taker hatred

I don't think Flair can get anything out of Taker, as he'll just have to sell and bump, which he won't be able to do that well anymore, until David interferes or something.
