I don't know, but it does sound like something that would appeal to mainstream America.

 

Although judging by their video they showed, does that mean all of their songs/video are about that? Isn't that why Ellen went down the tubes, when it focused entirely on her being a lesbian?

It does pretty good business worldwide, I imagine, as the gimmick is, well, damn, a pretty good gimmick.

 

It won't work in North America at all, as MTV and MuchMusic aren't playing the video as much as InterScope wishes they would. I don't think it matters, really. The national pulse seems rather pre-occupied with world events and stuff to care about even the most controversial music.

 

Consider that the only tune that's really become hot this year was one Eminem song, which was more catchy than it was offensive.

I'd just like to state for the record that this song blows, but be warned- don't listen to it once all the way through cause it's one of those songs that you hate, but once you hear it, it drills itself into your brain until you're listening to it all the time. I should know. I've listened to it 10 times tonight. God dammit. Oh well, it'll be stale as hell by this time next week. Can always count on that.

All the other stuff I've downloaded by them is in Russian, so I have no idea. There Russian stuff is alot better than All the Things She Said.

My situation was the exact opposite. I downloaded (and bought the single since the video is on the CD) a few weeks back. When Victoria came out to it, I marked the fuck out. That's about the only thing I like about her.

I wouldn't know, because I don't watch Raw, but it MUST be better than Rey, Trish, Steph or Shane. You should be thankful that she didn't get something like that.

Try listening closely to Rey's music....it makes lots of sense. Hell, it even mentions WCW! (minus the last W....)

 

Trish and Steph's music are okay.....but not good entrance themes. Trish just looks awkward when she tries to move in tune with her music. Although, it's kinda funny how her song speaks so highly about her "HO! It's time to rock and roll! HO! This time I'm in control...." and so on and so fourth

 

cause it's one of those songs that you hate, but once you hear it, it drills itself into your brain until you're listening to it all the time.

 

Kinda like "Always", eh? LOL I hated that song! But, damn WWE played it EVERY....SINGLE.....SHOW (or at least part of it). Then they made that AWESOME music vid for Survivor Series.... *sigh* Now it's downloaded and safely lodged in between "3 Minute Warning" and "B_C_R" (Billy, Chuck, and Rico's theme song....I just named it oddly) And it will stay in that spot....because I organize my folders alphabetically
