Guest CED Ordonez Report post Posted January 1, 2003 Actually Bubble Boy, the Founding Fathers did call for a separation of church and state. Just wanted to state that fact. DA, your wrong. My opinion is that your grammar is not 100% correct either. Would you please cite your evidence that proves that DA is wrong?
Guest DrTom Report post Posted January 1, 2003 provide some sort of proof that women are somehow less mentally capable then men. Well, their brains ARE slightly smaller, on average. Just saying. Of course, that's because women are physically smaller than men, on average, including the size of their skulls. Mental capacity is unaffected. But I'm sure it could be used as "evidence" that women aren't as smart as men or aren't as good in leadership positions.
Guest Vern Gagne Report post Posted January 1, 2003 Seperation of Church and State has more to do with the federal gov't not being allowed to sanction a certain belief or religion for everyone.

Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted January 1, 2003 This is how, use your words against you. Do you think this is how they speak in heaven. Is there GOOD and BAD, yes. So if you think that speaking like this makes you GOOD then that is your opinion. My opinion is that your speaking BAD. Gee, thanks for the moral guidance there. Just out of curiousity, do you have anything to back up a single word you say? ANYTHING? I mean, I'll take the ingedients in pop tarts at this point...or how about VCR instructions? I'm sure we can find at least ONE fact in there, as opposed to the pointless tripe you've been spewing. --- Hilarious, ain't it, Rob? Stop me if you've heard this one... We don't live in a theocracy for good reason. WAKKA WAKKA~!

Guest J*ingus Report post Posted January 1, 2003 Actually Bubble Boy, the Founding Fathers did call for a separation of church and state. Just wanted to state that fact. DA, your wrong. Incorrect grammar. Incorrect spelling. Incorrect factual argument (it's called the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, look it up, numbnuts). That may be one of the most worthless fucking posts I've ever seen. And I go to DDT sometimes.
Guest DrTom Report post Posted January 2, 2003 While separation of church and state is never spelled out as such in the Constiution, one need only read anything written by any of the Founders (including The Federalist Papers) to see that it was definitely a concern. Remember, the people who founded this country left England because there was no freedom of religion. There was no way anyone was going to tie the fledgling government to a particular religion, and it's ludicrous to think otherwise.
