Basic Move list for sd4???

Just wondering if anyone could post a basic movelist for smackdown 4...like buttons you press to do various things, such as grapple moves, irish whips and more obscure stuff like removing the turnbuckle pad...I'm getting a copy of it for xmas without instructions or anything...so any help would be greatly appreciated...thanx
