No. Atlanta would be the fifth seed (I think) and N.O will be the sixth seed.

 

Atlanta would play, as is stands right now, SF (the fourth seed) and N.O would play Tampa (the third seed).

New Orleans can only be the 5th seed (if Giants & Atlanta both lose) or 6th (if one of them loses). Which means they play either San Fran if they're 5th, or Tampa Bay or Green Bay if 6th. I hope I didn't confuse you.
