Guest Black Tiger Report post Posted December 25, 2002 All the choices on WWE.com pale in comparison to the real greatest moment in RAW history. Austin vs. Hart Streetfight, the night after IYH: Revenge of the Taker, when Austin messed up his knee then as Bret was being loaded into the ambulance, Austin was in the front seat with the paramedic's hat on. Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted December 25, 2002 ECW reunion, before Stephanie ruined it the very same night. Agreed...that was the loudest I ever popped while watching wrestling...although Jarrett nailing Moolah with the guitar ranks a close second.

Agreed...that was the loudest I ever popped while watching wrestling...although Jarrett nailing Moolah with the guitar ranks a close second. I missed that Raw. I went out that night, and I didn't record it. I come back home, check the internet and read what happened. I was SOOOOOO fuckin pissed I missed it. My favorite Raw moment was when SCSA came in during the Foley/Rock match. He nailed Rock with a chair, and I marked out like fuck. The pop SCSA got was SOOO huge. I still get goosebumps watchin it. Guest Slapnuts00 Report post Posted December 25, 2002 I agree ECW reunion is the most I've ever marked out watching wrestling. The Austin/Hart ambulence incident is definitely up there too.

Guest EternallyLazy Report post Posted December 25, 2002 My favorite moment was when Flair came back at the very end of the RAW after Survivor Series 2001. That moment when the opening bars of his music hit had the hair standing up on the back of my neck. I haven't marked out for anything since.

ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2002 My favorite moment? The Debut of Dude Love ...I still say they should have made Dude Love the WWF Champion. Technically, when Mick started dreaming of that, that's what he wanted.
Guest godthedog Report post Posted December 25, 2002 from what i've heard, the greatest would probably have to be the hart/austin moment everybody else mentioned (haven't seen it myself). my personal favorite moment is when benoit & jericho won the tag titles. i was 12 years old again, my friend & i were both with that match the whole way, screaming "yes!" and "nooooooo!" at the appropriate times, and when benoit & jericho won we both lost it and started jumping around the room. that's the happiest that any piece of wrestling television has ever made me. jericho's debut is probably second. he walked out there for the first time and acted like he owned the federation, the charisma & sheer balls he displayed in that promo were amazing. Guest Downhome Report post Posted December 25, 2002 I think the RAW where ECW was recreated said a LOT about WWE as a whole, and their writers... ...how ANY'FUCKING'ONE could created one of my favorite things ever, and almost before I can finish marking out, can make it into a moment where I wanted to destroy my TV, they are truly fucked up, and something is truly wrong with them. Guest Downhome Report post Posted December 25, 2002 Here are some of my favorite moments on RAW... 1) Jericho/Benoit win tag titles. 2) The Hart Foundation form. 3) ECW is recreated. 4) Eric Bishoff walks out. 5) Hulk Hogan comes out after this past Wrestlemania, to a HUGE ovation. 6) The Radicalz debut! (How can you not mention this one?) 7) Mick Foley wins his first World Championship. 8) Any random Austin/Hart moment, lol. ...and many, many more, and I'm sure my favorite of all has slipped my mind. There have been many great moments on RAW.

Guest Downhome Report post Posted December 25, 2002 Oh yes, and the most shocking of all RAW moments, is when WCW was on the show at the same time, that was just... ...wrong.
Guest deadbeater Report post Posted December 25, 2002 Nope nope nope: The greatest moment Raw ever had was the debut of Molly Holly, which was the start of the gradual shift in Diva emphasis from T&A to Kicking A.

Guest Downhome Report post Posted December 25, 2002 Hey, I can't mention them all, lol. Yes, I loved that moment, but it freaked me out like hell. Why did it freak you out? Well, because I had been following Mick Foley for most of his career, and knew him the best as Cactus Jack. I just couldn't believe it was the same man, I really couldnt... ...Mick Foley, a legend in my eyes LONG before Mankind. Catucs Jack... ...BANG BANG!

I wish to God that I had no knowledeg that Vince bought WCW, I mean, I can't imagine what I would have done when I tuned in to TNT, and the FIRST thing on Nitro was Vince McMahon, saying he BOUGHT WCW... ...I might have died right then and there. Guest RavishingRickRudo Report post Posted December 25, 2002 For more RAW Memories: http://www.otherarena.com/htm/cgi-bin/rati...,ratings,direct, I was skimming through some of it and this is interesting: WWF Raw July 21, 1997 Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada Bret is livid, accusing McMahon of "swerving" him by making Shawn the special referee. He gets right in McMahon's face, nearly spitting on him he's so angry. Owen and the Bulldog are there to keep Bret back, but they too are angry. McMahon tries to calm him down, but Bret walks away ... only to come right back and slap McMahon's headset off! McMahon clenches his jaw and gives him a look of disgust, as Owen and the Bulldog hold Bret back. Bret points a finger and McMahon slaps it away. McMahon tells him to get out of there and Bret leaves ... only to come right back and grab McMahon. Vince, only having one option open to defend himself, pulls Bret's shirt over his head. Owen and the Bulldog try to pull the two apart as Ross yells "STOP IT! DAMN IT! DAMN YOU BRET, STOP IT!!!" The cameraman taping this winds up shoved back, falling to the floor. Referees and other officials enter the scene. The Patriot comes over and pulls Bret off McMahon, which draws a pummeling from Owen and the Bulldog (along with Hart, once he realizes who has attacked him). Ross, once the Patriot gets attacked, yells for the bell to be rung to end the match. At least a dozen various WWF officials gather force Hart from ringside (though Bret tries one more lunge at McMahon). The Patriot earns a few more stomps, and even Helmsley lays in a few before he's pushed off by a referee. Pat Patterson yells something at Bret and for a moment it looks as if Bret might go after the Hall of Fame'er.

Ah yes, very true, very true. Plus, that...along with another favorite of mine Molly turning full heel...invloved beating up Trish the Plastic Skank. ^_- Another fav moment: The debut of MIGHTY Molly! And a few weeks earlier, the Hurricane!
Guest Downhome Report post Posted December 25, 2002 We can't forget when the 1-2-3 beat Razor in that match on RAW, took the bag of money, and then ran outside and drove off, that was GREAT.

Agreed 100%. How in the HELL is that not one of the nominees? I voted for my personal second best. The whole Rock/Hogan deal the night after No Way Out. They blew the NWO angle horribly but for one night, they totally nailed it. It was great TV, and saved what otherwise probably would've been an awfully disappointing Wrestlemania buyrate.
