Hulk Hogan on "Off The Record", you'll love it...

Hogan is completely insane. It's well known he has a large ego, but lately he's being saying things that are complete and utter bullshit.

I really hope Hogan isn't as delusional as he's been acting. I honestly think he's losing his mind. Is he old enough to get alzhiemers?

I mean honestly how in the hell is Hogan going to question Foley's work ethic. Foley has always worked his ass off just in attempt to send every fan home pleased. When's the last time Hogan worked his ass off in a match just to make sure he sent the fans home pleased?

I think Bollea honesty believes that people will accept whatever he tells them, because of how the 'marks' believed him all those years ago. He'll always be stuck in the old-school conman mentality, of having to lie to the people.

He (Hogan) said that guys in the back say bad stuff about Rock but they don't understand what he's going through, but Hogan does.

Ahh...yeah, guess that 3 Ninjas Kick Back movie taught Hulkster the hard life of superstardom, eh?

Illusion - Can act better than Hulk Hogan & Rock combined

No, you're missing my point. As far as what I understood about the situation, the event had *all ready* been sold out before Hogan even had a chance to factor into the situation. The crowd was hot for Hogan, but I think many of them would have bought tickets to the show based on the name value of Wrestlemania alone, Hogan or no Hogan.

I was under the impression that the event was totally sold out until Rock/Hogan was announced. That's the way it was for X-7 before Austin/Rock was announced.

Foley basically worked hard in front of the camera and then, once the light went out, would go out and eat pumpkin-flavored anything he could find according to his own books. The guy basically admitted to never being in shape other than for the MindGames match against Shawn Michaels. So Hogan is correct in saying that Foley could have lengthened his career by forgoing a bunch of the extreme stuff and doing a lot more in the gym to keep his knees in shape and not eating with Abdullah the Butcher. Granted there would have been a lot less footage of Foley killing himself for our pleasure, but he would have lasted longer in the business.

Certain forms of Alzheimers can hit people are youngers ages, the usual form? No. Of course, he doesn't act much different than he ever did, so I'd pick Vince out as a possibility way before Hogan.

And aside from a few sporadic instances like Rock/Hogan and Hogan/Warrior I, I don't know of many times when he did that.

Goodear does have a valid point saying that Mick could have tried to get/be in better shape, but as usual Hogan still is spouting his fair share of bull as well.

Speaking of which, anyone see Hogan's latest 1010220 ad?

"Now there's a picture that really speaks to me!"

(heads turn, it's a portrait of The Egomaniac himself)

I love shoot commercials that aren't really shoot commercials.

*nod*

So that means it's false to say "Rock/Hogan sold out the Skydome" correct?

Correct. WMX8 would have sold out regardless of whether Hogan was on the card.

Just because Foley decided to leave when he's under 40 doesn't make Hogan less full of shit.

It doesn't matter what Foley or Hogan did off camera(not referring to politics). It's their performances that matter and Foley has put more into his performances than Hogan ever has.

Foley should be cheered for not sticking around way too long and becoming a joke like Hogan. How is Foley "retiring" before he become a shell of his former self that has to do watered down performances a bad thing? How is Hogan sticking around for years after he was worth a shit a good thing?

Guess Hulkster can't stand the fact that Foley will be more respected than he is.
