I can't move my neck to the right at all...

I guess I slept wrong last night or something, but ever since I woke up today, I haven't been able to move my neck to the right, and when I do, it hurts so bad that it gives me a gag reflex, leading to me almost vomiting, and basicly paralyzing me from my neck down my right arm and back. Now, I ask you this...

...what in the fuck can I do to help this end, please!?

Sincerely,

...Downhome...

Long, very hot shower will loosen up any muscle knots and tightness. Try a few Ibuprofen as well. If that doesn't work, hell if I know.

You might also want to try the Citron method, in which you drink several flights of Citron on the rocks.

It is getting worse and worse, I now have to keep my neck almost always leaned to the left...

...help me.

A bottle of aspirin and some vodka ought to do the trick.

Thats my cure for eveything, minus the aspirin. Headache, back ache, broken bones, tiredness can all be cured with a little vodka.

That happened to me one day. I woke up, rolled over, and heard a loud crack in my neck.

I had to walk around with my head tilted all day.

A good long massage then a shower, or a good long massage in the shower.

I've gotten a sore neck quite a few times in the past, but a gag reflex has never come with it before. I try almost everything like a hot shower/bath or massage, but it never goes away until the next morning.

Well here I am, day two, and it still hurts like a mother fucking bastard...

...I'm going to the doctor soon, this sucks.

Um, yeah, if it didn't go away you really should be going to a doctor. Neck injuries/problems are nothing to fuck around with.

Still, I highly recommend the Citron method.

I had something like this a few weeks ago, where I woke up one morning and couldn't even move from bed for about fifteen minutes. It cleared up in four or five days, but during that time I had to keep my head tilted to one side and if I moved it in any direction there would be this really sharp pain and my neck would start having spasms. There's really nothing I did for it, except what's already been mentioned and the occasional ice pack.

Day three, I still feel pain but not as much. I had to miss work again today also...

...the doctor said I have a muscle spasm, which is why it is so painfull. He told me something cool as hell to help me also. Take a sock, fill it with rice, and heat it in the microwave for about two or three minutes. Rice stays warm for a good while, and in the sock you can take it and it will mold to your neck, it's great.
