Guest Phr33k Report post Posted December 26, 2002 OK, I just bought NHL 2003 for the PC. Whenever I start up the game, it doesn't start, but it gives me what looks like a Windows Media Player window that doesn't do anything. Now, a few weeks back, somebody posted something about deleting a file on EA Sports games that would make a difference. Is this my problem, or am I screwed? BTW, my PC surpasses the minimum requirements for the game to run, so I know it should work.

Guest Flyboy Report post Posted December 26, 2002 Hrm. Well, let me see if I can download it. If I can, if you have AIM, MSN or something I'll send it to you through there.
Guest Phr33k Report post Posted December 26, 2002 Well, I got the patch, but now it won't let me access nhl2003.exe at all. Says I don't have permission to access the file.
Guest Flyboy Report post Posted December 26, 2002 Hrmph. I would try e-mailing EA. They usually respond to their e-mails.
Guest The Czech Republic Report post Posted December 28, 2002 I heard NHL 2001 is the best, in terms of customization and stuff. NHL '03 for GameCube won't even let me name the teams anything.
Guest Phr33k Report post Posted December 31, 2002 Yeah, but I like the PC version. Something just makes me enjoy the game. 2K3's better, though.
