Guest Banky Report post Posted December 27, 2002 I wish there were still Saturday Night's Main Event, because they'd have a ready-made main event with Benoit/Lesnar/Edge vs Angle/Haas/Benjamin. Maybe the more obvious one would be Lesnar/Benoit vs Angle/Show, but far be it from me to lament the absence of the Big Show. Thats what they have the No Way Out PPV for. To increase excitement for Wrestlemania. The problem with the Guerreros, and Eddie is particular, is that they rule too much. For what they are given each week, they can't do any better. Eddie will always be my GOD, and nothing will ever change that - but I am really interested to see how this Team Angle works out. it could be the greatest thing sicne the Latino World Order. I mean, I thought it ruled when we got the Mega Powers vs the Mega Bucks at Summerslam and the issue at hand was "We hate you." "We hate you too!" "Yeah well we're the best." "Nuh uh." and they FOUGHT!! But now your average fan expects the belt to be defended about 3 or 4 times a month, with one of those being a PPV. I am almost convinced Brock WON'T win the rumble...They HAVE to have the Raw guy win the rumble, so they can start building a HHH-??? Match. I wouldn't Mind HBK-HHH the final Showdown since we already have the REAL main event, but start telling us what your plans are. The last couple of years the wwe has ruined it by putting the wrestlemania main event spot on the line in matches after the rumble, two and three times no less. Last with angle and hunter battling for the main event slot at wrestlemania ruined the stip for me. Team Angle will probably enter the Royal Rumble on Angle and Heyman's orders to make sure Brock Lesnar doesn't win it... Just like Tenryu and Kabuki were entered into Royal Rumble 1994 on Yokozuna, Mr. Fuji, and Jim Cornette's orders to make sure Lex Luger didn't win. Booking that makes sense?! *gasp* That would be a cool way to progress the storyline, since Brock will likely be in the rumble. Heh...yeah, that would be interesting if they did that.
