The guys got more money then he can count, he's got drawing power, even if he would put himself on top(but hes to a point that he could do maybe 1 more run), and Vince might not try to kill him if he started another promotion. So do you think he could/would start a new promotion.

 

I think he could. Theres enough talent out there, old and new, and with Hogans name attached its got some draw power. Maybe if he doesnt get his last run with the WWF he'll start his own promotion just to give himself 1 last run on top.

We all know what happen, Vince brought out all the talent from this indy at the start by "stealing" all of the "talent" before it could get off the ground.

Hogan was all about trying to start XWF. However, his investors wanted to do a pilot, and didn't wanna give there all into it.

 

Hogan told them that you need to give it your all in wrestling for it to be a success. So it never went through.
