Guest tombstone Report post Posted March 8, 2002 This is not smark worship, I think those who go ON AND ON AND on about certain wrestler s cos its the smarky thing to do are real shitstabbers with no life, (we hate Taker / HHH / any brawler : we love benoit / Benoit / cruiserweight x / benoit) just had a thought that Benoit could have done SO MUCH if he had been healthy for the InVasion. He could have feuded with Austin (I left WCW as champion to be held back by you...) and worked the magic for either camp fighting Angle or Booker. I hope Benoit gets a big push when he comes back and has some killer matches with Austin - Angle - Jericho. If i was wwfe i would rehire Eddie Guerrero as soon as he dries out and stick the cruiserweight or IC title on him. The matches he could have with Kidman, Tajri, RVD and Edge would help boulster the midcard and he would cost a fraction of Hulk Hogan's tank top budget. Remember he was CRAZY over as Latino Heat. Well, the WWF had it on the roster, but HE screwed himself, the WWF wait for him, and what he did? he just left rehab and got off the wagon inmediatly. So, yeah, Guerrero is really good, but if he doesnt care about himself, why the WWF should care? Remember he was CRAZY over as Latino Heat. dont use 'smart' references in the storylines, the overwhelming majority of fans wont get *it,* anf the wwf seems reluctant to fully break kayfabe in relation to backstage happenings. (they try to make the nwo sound evil, though they are really just sugarcoating what *really* happened). now if benoit were to return and go after nash, then it would make perfect and dare i say logical storyline sense. and i imagine benoit will be pushed upon his return, as he was over when he left, and the wwf seems serious about putting him into the main events. on eddy g, the guy made his mistakes and has to live with them himself. if the wwf were to re-hire him now it would send the wrong message to the wrestlers and to eddy, as his situation mirrors that of scott hall in a way. hall is only there because of connections and his participation in one of the greatest angles ever, and until eddy realises how much he has lost, he shouldnt be welcome in the wwf. Hopefully, he will be apart of the Ric Flair led Smackdown and receive the big push but he's not fucking the boss's daughter so back to the midcard for him. As for Eddy, I feel bad th the guy has drug problems but the WWF shouldn't bring him back. That being said, they shouldn't have hired Scott Hall. well, I guess if they brought hall back then why not bring Eddy back!
