Guest Anglesault Report post Posted December 29, 2002 And then they proceded to to the SAME THING two months later with John "Waste of Oxygen" Cena. WHY? Of course, after Cena made a fool of Angle and Jericho, test killed him. I sense a pattern! Angle would have been a star last year if not for this shit! Guest CanadianChick Report post Posted December 29, 2002 AS, I just want to restate my earlier post AS, ever heard the phrase "Live for the future, not the past"? You should look into that.
Guest Redhawk Report post Posted December 29, 2002 "Mini-mega" is an oxymoron, but it's the only term that fits. It's a mega push in the sense that he's completely murdering everyone, but it's mini because it's only jobbers and the matches are in the first 30 min. of Smackdown. Guest Anglesault Report post Posted December 29, 2002 And? The future isn't exactly peachy. They're still not out of the woods. Unless Angle is a star at the end of this, it's a resounding failure. AND THE FUTURE WOULD LOOK MUCH BETTER IF THE PAST DIDN'T SUCK! BOB HOLLY!

Guest Choken One Report post Posted December 29, 2002 Oh god, Get off it AS...Take off your I Heart Angle custom made shirt with your cumstained Angle shorts...and slap your ass into Earth.
Guest Mole Report post Posted December 29, 2002 Ya know, if Anlge just goes out there every week, and gives it his all, that is good enough for me. I mean, he is WWE Champion right now. Beggers can't be choosers. ANYWAY, DeMott's push will just go away over time. Unless somehow he becomes a better wrestler, and wrestles **** every night, then I am okay with his push. Tough Enough 4 will happen ONLY if the winner(s) from TE3 become a breakout star. Ya never know....

Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted December 29, 2002 Let's go back to Demott, what can he really do? 1. Nice moonsault for a fat guy 2. Can yell at kids who are expected to go from zero to WWE wrestler in a matter of weeks. Quite a resume
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Report post Posted December 29, 2002 When he was getting his push right before WCW folded, everyone was saying that no one was as deserving of a push as him. What went wrong?
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted December 29, 2002 When he was getting his push right before WCW folded, everyone was saying that no one was as deserving of a push as him. What went wrong? That was almost cool, but just as lame...I hate when people do the "USA is good" gimmick...cheap face pop for a guy who could never get over otherwise
Guest buffybeast Report post Posted December 29, 2002 I have no problem with Demott finally getting a good solid push. He is a talented wrestler. He's a big man that could move like a cruiser. I do not like his current gimmick of squashing cruisers. It won't help him or the cruiser being squashed.
Guest Human Fly Report post Posted December 29, 2002 I have no problem with Demott finally getting a good solid push. He is a talented wrestler. He's a big man that could move like a cruiser. That was true in 1995. This is where it hurts not having a midcard title. DeMott could be going after the IC or Euro or US or TV or whatever, but there is no way he is going to World Title contender. So to get him over they are sacrificing CWs making the division as a whole look weak. If they had a midcard title they could give him that without tanking a whole group of wrestlers. There's just one thing... good ol' Hugh/Bill/General Rection already HAD his run with the US title in WCW and it made the title look like a pathetic joke because no one could take him seriously. A big man that can move like a cruiser? Not close. A Big man that can move, like an above average big man? Yeah, I'll give him that. He's got a little speed for a fat guy...but move like a cruiser? He's mid card for life.

I do not like his current gimmick of squashing cruisers. It won't help him or the cruiser being squashed. The only big man that could move, I should say fly like a cruiser, was Mike Awesome. DeMott squashing jobbers isn't really getting anyone to see his wrestling abilities. I don't really remember him from his WCW days, maybe that is because I changed the channel when he was on. They need to stick him with men about his size, so we can see what he can do in the ring. If you think about it, when he was trained as a wrestler, I am sure he was trained most of the moves used by wrestlers. So I bet he can pull some of that stuff out of his ass, if he wants to. Unless he was trained in Power Plant, where anyone who has two feet with a heart can get through. And how big is DeMott? I mean, he really isn't a 'big' guy. When I hear big guy, I think of Taker, Kane, Nash etc.
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted December 30, 2002 You probably don't remember his WCW days cause he worked boring matches and had a lame gimmick...it wasn't till his "USA is good" gimmick that fans even noticed him.
Guest subliminal_animal Report post Posted December 30, 2002 That reminds me. Have I ever told you people how INSANELY stupid it was to bring Kurt Angle down to BOB HOLLY'S level and have Kurt have to pull out every trick in the book to beat him? I bet you have, you tell everyone a lot of things. But you don't have a lot of things to tell, so you tell them again. Calm down, little mister. And they had him eliminate Kurt Angle, hold his own in a match with him, and beat him up afterwards! Then Kurt had to fight on Velocity! So? It was one week. On another note, I think they should have at least one of the bigger names on Velocity each week. The only big man that could move, I should say fly like a cruiser, was Mike Awesome. In ECW, I saw him run to the center of the ropes, jump on the top WITH NO HANDS, stand there for a second, and leap out into the crowd. Why didn't he do that in WWE or WCW? He wouldn't been mad over, yo. And how big is DeMott? I mean, he really isn't a 'big' guy. When I hear big guy, I think of Taker, Kane, Nash etc. He's not Big, you asshole! Anyway, he counts as a big guy because he's fat and Buffybeast is hot for him.
Guest Redhawk Report post Posted December 31, 2002 Have they come up with a new name for DeMott's moonsault, or is it still No Laughing Matter? But on that note, I don't think his moonsault is very good at all. His body is straight the whole time, instead of the way that guys like Kurt Angle, Essa Rios and others do moonsaults. The best way I can explain it is that other moonsaults make it look like the guys is flying. DeMott just looks like he's falling.
