I personally don't find a guy with horribly obvious blue contact lenses staring at me and beating on the same piano keys for five minutes whilst moaning in a stop-starty voice to be the greatest musical experience of my life. honourable shit factory bands that should be mentioned: U2 muse ash incubus puddle of mudd lit A alien ant farm and the following bands are among the worst ever, but are at least bad in an unintentionally amusing fashion (see hogan, hulk) creed nickelback darius (do the lyrics 'feelin yellow' and 'feelin black' mean anything to anyone? It's hit and miss, but I really like the hit spots. Also, U2 being on the same list as Lit, Alien Ant Farm, and Puddle of Mudd? A disgrace, I tells ya! A disgrace. While I realize this board seems to have an abundance of festering U2 hate, I don't think I'll ever quite understand it. My choices for worst band? I'm blanking now, but Linkin Park offends me in every reasonable way, from asinine lyrics to bad spelling to the fact that they sold some ridiculous number of albums. The worst bands in the world, as a genre, have to be either boy bands or hair metal, because they're both bloated and huge, but there's just nothing there. They're like the musical equivalent of meringue. Having said that, I think the absolute worst band in the world is a toss up between two lesser known metal bands, Rotting Christ, and Hammerfall. KISS is decent for what they are an over the top party band, same thing with Def Leppard up till recently. Sure technically they both suck but nowhere near worst band of all time. I'd say any of the dime a dozen mall punk bands are the worst bands of all time(New Found Glory,Brand New, Good Charlotte) While I consider my self an AWK fan, I think a lot of his music sounds the same and couldn't hold a candle to some of the stuff on your list for "Worst Band Ever" Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

That's not really their fault. I for one like more of the songs I've heard from Puddle of Mudd than i dislike, and Incubus has some GREAT songs.
