His name doesn't give away any Latino roots, and is an very English sounding name, but being from Texas, and with the dark hair and all, there is probably some Spanish/Mexican/etc in him somewhere.

I watched him when he was in the AWA back in the 80's as Big Scott Hall. He looked like Magnum TA and Magnum PI and like a cowboy. When i found out he was Razor Ramon it blew my mind because he looked so different. Find some old AWA footage and see what I mean.

I remember seeing a mug shot of his from 1998 and it said he was his ethnicity was white. I thought he was hispanic, but I guess his name gave it away that it wasn't : Scott Oliver Hall.

I actually believe he has roots here in my area, in upstate SC. He may not actually have lived here (I'm not sure or not), but I DO know for sure 100% that he has quite a bit of family up here where I live.
