Sopranos Related Song Question

Recommended Posts

In the first episode of the 4th season of the Sopranos, there was a song played at the end while the credits were rolling that I liked. This was the episode where Christopher found out who his father's killer was from Tony and he killed him. Chris shows up at his mom's house the day after and the two of them talk which leads to nothing of note. But at the end of the episode Christopher sticks a $1 bill to his mom's fridge and the show fades out to the credits while the song plays.

Who sang this son that I'm talking about if anyone knows?

PiL sang the song. (Public Image Limted) Not sure of the name, but I agree, that's a cool tune.

I knew for sure that Johnny Lydon was the singer. Sopranos need to do what the WB shows do, and give quick plugs for the music featured on the show. Like in the infamous Pine Barrens episode, when Tony and Gloria were in her bedroom, she was playing this cool song and asked Tony if she liked Tony. Tony wasn't too impressed with it, but I was totally digging it, but the dumb bitch never said who the singer was. So Tony kicked her ass for me.

He slammed her on the ground and started to choke her and she was all "Kill me... kill me... kill me..."

And T said: Who sang that song? You're like my mutha!

And she just started to cry...
