A legendary old veteran by the name of Gypsy Joe (see the Taz shoot interview) is still out there plugging away in the ring, at least in his 60's, possibly somewhere in his 70's.

Some indy wrestler from the time of Georgous George and Lou Thez might still be around. I can't give a name but people know that some wrestlers don't stop unitl they drop.

In terms of older wrestlers competing in large promotions full time, you've got the Family Gundan in NOAH. Rusher Kimura is 60 or 61 and has a relatively full time schedule.

The oldest wrestler who currently wrestles on a regular basis is Rusher Kimura who is 61.

 

The oldest man to have ever been in a wrestling match was Warren Bockwinkel who was 72 at the time (1984) when he teamed up with his son Nick against the team of Verne and Greg Gagne at a Wrestling benefit show in Montreal for Johnny Rougeau who had passed away the year before (1983).

 

Warren would pass away two years later.

No Sass, cuz I know for sure that Gypsy is older than 61, and he may veru well be older than 72, yet he still wrestles on at least a weekly basis.

And he'll still take table bumps on rare occasions, and still chops harder than Ric Flair or Chris Benoit. (And yes, I have been told this by a worker who's been chopped by all three.)

Yup I seem to remember Lou having some problems with his artificial hip in that one

 

Abdullah is in his mid 60's by now but he's one of those guys that everyone seems to disagree on his actual age

Joe doesn't wrestle on a regular basis like Kimura does unless he is working for one of the Indy Sleaze promotions I'm unaware of.

I remember seeing a guy at indy shows here in MN about 5 years back named "Sodbuster" Kenny Jay.........he had to have been in his late 60s. Not sure if he even is still wrestling now though.

Gypsy Joe was born in Puerto Rico on December 2, 1933 which would make him 69 years old today. Joe is the oldest wrestler in the last 10 to have been wrestling as he was a regular in W*NG and made several apperances in Victor Quinones' IWA.
