Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Report post Posted March 9, 2002 I bought Best of RAW volume 2 on VHS and was satisfied. As a matter of fact, I bought it on September 11, and it was therapeutic to watch it while all of the madness was sweeping the world. Today I bought Volume 1 on DVD because I was hoping for the full experience that I missed out on when I purchased a VHS instead of DVD before. By the time I got to Suncoast (video store), I had spent a considerable amount of money in the mall, so I didn't want to get the combination set of Volumes 1&2. I picked up the DVD and was stunned that it was 74 minutes long. I purchased it anyway and watched it when I got home. I was thoroughly disappointed with my purchase. There was no particular chronological order to the events, and it seemed to be a collection of dossiers composed of stuff from late 1997. I was expecting so much more. There was no HBK, no Bret Hart, Sid, VAder, Pillman or anything else. I felt ripped off.
Guest treble charged Report post Posted March 9, 2002 The VHS for Volume 1 has stuff on Austin/McMahon, Undertaker/Kane, Sable/Jackie, DX, Foley, and more. The earliest stuff is from late '97. All of the Austin/McMahon stuff is on the Austin vs. McMahon video, and I'm sure the Sable stuff is un Sable: Unleashed, DX is on the DX tape, etc.
