Is this a good start to UWF style?

Some of you guys going on about how good UWF in all it's incarnations was has made me want to get some. This is the only easily available stuff from this promotion for me. Unfortunately it's a best of Akira Maeda, which I wouldn't choose if I had a choice (i wouldn't choose a best of anyone), however, is it good enough to give me a good idea of what UWF was like?

I'm especially looking at the third volume. But if any of the others are clearly better than that, i'll get that one instead.

I have a shitload of Takada vs. Maeda matches that have been sitting here unwatched for almost a year, since I've found the pacing to be far too deliberate for my tastes. For shootstyle, I'll take high-end RINGS from '97-'98 over this stuff any day.

Nah, I'd skip a best of Maeda. Yamazaki, Anjo, and Takada were better workers than him at various points in time.

Problem is, and this is what I'm saying, I can't get hold (easily) of any of the good RINGS stuff as I live in the UK. If any UK peeps out there know of anything available, please speak now.
