Guest Rob Edwards Posted January 9, 2003 Report Posted January 9, 2003 Nova's too small to carry any intrest in the Rumble match at least Damaka is believeable as offering resistance to being thrown out You don't have to be big to show believability in the Rumble. Look at Flair, Martel, Backlund, Valentine. They weren't really that big, and lasted at LEAST a half hour each in the Rumble. Being small makes you wiry, easier to grab ropes, and easier to do more agile moves to get back into the ring. Oh, and don't forget Michaels. Yeah as normal entrant I agree, if Rey is in it he'll probably do fine BUT if you're debuting somebody then you want them to look good and clinging onto ropes for 30 minutes isn'e exactly going to accomplish that Then again this is WWE and cruiserweights
Guest AndrewTS Posted January 9, 2003 Report Posted January 9, 2003 Maybe they gave albert a new finisher so they can bring him in using the baldybomb. If Brock fucked up, like I suppose he did, and injured Albert, then they could have him use it anyway.
Guest Razor Roman Posted January 9, 2003 Report Posted January 9, 2003 The pics wouldn't link, but here's the address: http://www.ovwrestling.com/superstars/dama...aja/profile.htm He looks like stand up comedian Jim Norton. Jim Norton Go look if you've never seen him before
Guest Zack Malibu Posted January 9, 2003 Report Posted January 9, 2003 A-Train/Albert uses the Canadian backbreaker as a finisher now. Allowing Damaja to use the Baldobomb (or in his case, Brain Damaj), shouldn't be a problem.
Guest webmasterofwrestlegame Posted January 9, 2003 Report Posted January 9, 2003 One of the best moves ever in the Rumble (IMO) was Road Dogg in 2000 just sitting down in the corner clinging onto the rope for what seemed like a good 7 minutes. Of course, that could be because he was blown up from from having to wrestle a 2 minute match earlier in the evening...
