ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2003 You know when Fan Favorite Wrestlers interract with fans sometimes...I'm wondering...what things do you like for them to do? I have a few that I choose: 1) The slapping of the hands. That makes them know they care about the fans just a bit, as if they know that they support them. 2)Giving props away. Bret Hart, Rey Mysterio, and Hurricane have all done this, and it just seems cool to me. Of course...Adam Bomb did it too... 3)Acknowledging signs. One big example was with Hulk Hogan, when he would take a "Hulkamania" sign from ringside and show it in the middle of the ring. What do you people think? Guest Downhome Report post Posted January 7, 2003 How about heelish things, like ripping up signs, calling them "fat boy", or just down right cussing them out?
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted January 7, 2003 ECW shows... I've been to about 7 or 8 ECW shows, and after everyone of them a lot of the guys come out and hang with fans, it's really cool of them and is one reason I liked them a lot better then the WWF. Paul Stanley 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2003 See, this is what made the XWF show so good..fan interactions, sure you can have great wrestling..but without fan interaction, how will you sell tickets? At the XWF show almost everyone(except for like Konnan who left the autograph booth after i asked him about XPW) signed autographs and was REALLY nice. Vampiro, Norman Smiley, Marc Mero, Rey, etc. So anyway the event starts with Bagwell just downright being Bagwell and cussing the crowd. But during the show ALOT of fan interaction, during the main event which featured lots of stalling due to the Nasty Boys they did everything to make Konnan/Rey beat the living shit out of them, Jerry Saggs came up to the rail and told me "sit down, fat boy!" which was a nice thing to do. So the fans left home happy because they actually CARED what we thought, unlike when the WWF came and the fans were pissed after the show.

IN fareness to the WWF, they have sometimes up to 10,000+ fans to deal with...would be nice if they would do it for house shows though
