Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted January 7, 2003 I'm bored, so amuse me with some ego-boosting banter by answering the following questions. 1) What are your predictions for the Clusterfuck? 2) Who are the top 5 heels and faces in the SWF, and why? Guest Edwin MacPhisto Report post Posted January 7, 2003 I'll bite. I think CC will manage to pull together 20 people for Da Fuck in one way or another, which will rule. I'm not going to consider Mag or Flesher as potential winners even though they'll probably be in it by the end of the night, because I have a feeling that'll be the world title match on the card. Now, considering that: I'm gonna say that the favorite right now is Frost. He's on a perpetual winning streak, he's moving up the card, and he's a big ol' dude who'd make a great sheer power victor. The only other names that really leap out at me as people who could make a career here are Orochi, Z, and Silent (I'm still gonna call you that because it's cooler than Nathan, so there!), who've been thisclose to breaking out for the last several months. It's wide open to anybody, really. This is a pretty big chance, moreso than it was last year. Last year's entrants included a couple former world champs and a lot of people who'd at least had a title shot or two somewhere in the past. This year, Thugg's the only active former champ, and out of the whole roster, only Orochi has had a title shot in the past. In other words, anyone can truly win this one. Except for the Memphis Eel. He's screwed, and not in the comfortable way.
Guest TheAntipop Report post Posted January 7, 2003 1. Me. You know how last year they brought in Goldust and Hennig and Val and someone else as returning "superstars" in the Royal Rumble? Same deal here. Except that I rule, so I'm gonna win. Heels: Ash Ash Ash Ash Ash Faces: Ash Ash Ash Ash Ash
Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted January 7, 2003 I agree with Edwin that ELM and Flesher will probably be tied up and I believe Thugg has a match lined up for himself as well. I also believe that it would be a good idea to allow a few Jl'ers to take part in the Clusterfuck, so here's what I think the roster will look like and I'll even put them in order of entrance: 1) Ced Ordonez 2) Ejiro 3) Judge Mental 4) Xero 5) Janus 6) TNT 7) Memphis Eel ('Cause I said so) 8) Annie Eclectic 9) CIA 10) Danny Williams 11) Fugue 12) Zenon 12) Ash Ketchum 14) Frost 15) Jay Dawg (special entrant) 16) Tod DeKindes 17) Stryke (to eliminate Jay Dawg) 18) Orochi 19) Kibagami 20) LDP (your big ass returnee) I think Z is on a hot streak right now and could take the win. I like how Danny's writing, but don't know how he can fit in with this type of match. Tod is your darkhorse candidate. Top Heels: 1) Tom Flesher 2) Orochi 3) Frost 4) Kibagami 5) Danny Williams Top Faces 1) ELM 2) Thugg 3) Zenon 4) Annie 5) Ash (you're still booked and used like a face, deal with it) That's pretty much based on order in the card. Guest Kibagami Report post Posted January 7, 2003 I'm, uh, not a heel. And I might not be in da 'fuck. So...yeah. K.
Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted January 7, 2003 Well, being on CC, i know a little bit more about CF than most of you, so I won't spoil some of the surprises for all of you. I do think that the following people have a great chance to win: (in order of probably winning %) 1. Frost 2. Special Entry (that i know but won't say) 3. CIA 4. Danny 5. Orochi Da "damn lecture's starting again" H
Guest Goodear Report post Posted January 7, 2003 1) What are your predictions for Clusterfuck... El Luchadore Magnifico to win just because he's so damn solid and wins all the time. I'm hoping there will still be some slight JL influence on the event but I'm not going to hold my breath because ... well I haven't heard anything that would say otherwise. 2) THE SJL EDITION - Because I don't have the feel for the SWF like I should. Faces 1) WildChild - Something about the character just makes him so freaking likeable its amazing. He's like the SJL ultimate underdog who might just pop up and beat anyone at any time. 2) Johnny Dangerous - The 'Cool' face that usually seems to let things slide until his opponent crosses that line, and then its KILLING time. I hate this guy (the character)with a passion because he's just so damn goody good. 3) Dace Night - The 'I'm gonna kill you face' because those rule too! Not sympathetic in the least, but I just love to watch him kill those who get in his way. 4) Insane Luchadore - I really want to see him do well for no good reason. 5) Leon Sharpe - Just got back and has already stepped right back into the cocky ass face mode. Heels (I'm not putting in Ejiro for obvious reasons) 1) Fugue - Crazy bastard heel who needs to add a little more bastard to the mix and a little less crazy. 2) Spike Jenkins - I like to see him get killed and he usually doesn't let me down. 3) MVS - Mike thinking to himself while talking is just fun, fun, fun. I'm sure he'll bring more heeldom to his matches now that he's back. 4) A. Rivenstone - She needs a little seasoning, sure. But the tools are all there for a Cactus Jack style heel... whose hot. 5) Chris Card - One match in, but the work he does with his valet is already cheateriffic. Special Mention - C4 - Dude needs to do some heel stuff and talk more, but he's a great writer.
Guest kelloggs Report post Posted January 7, 2003 Frost you forgot about me... I might be in da preverbial fuck. I think I was conviently forgot so that the Memphis Eel could get in. And since Silent = face who's #5 heel.
Guest Tod deKindes Report post Posted January 7, 2003 Isn't ELMO the champ? Why would he be in the rumble thingy? Isn't the point of it to gain the #1 contendership?
Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted January 7, 2003 Just show's you all how much I'm paying attention. I really haven't looked in on Silent since his return and just naturally assumed he was still a heel. Call Tod the number five heel then. As for Mak, I just completely forgot you and am very sorry. Why don't you take Stryke's place and you can eliminate JD? Because no one is taking the Eel's slot. Nobody.
Guest TheAntipop Report post Posted January 7, 2003 As if they don't know that you're talking about me, Thugg.
Guest Edwin MacPhisto Report post Posted January 7, 2003 Yeah, I guess you can't count on Flesher or Mag being in it, if they have a world title match. Too bad we wouldn't know the result ahead of time, because whoever comes out of the title match without a win would be a fine entrant. 20 people is certainly doable by Frost's dealie. Ding dong. Hopefully that many returns'll happen.
Guest 5_moves_of_doom Report post Posted January 7, 2003 Oh. OH. I see, no love for TNT, eh? Have me eliminated by Jay Dawg, will you? WILL YOU!? *grumble* The truth hurts...
