Guest saturnmark4life Report post Posted January 9, 2003 I often wear frilly things while humping large poles, so take your pick. Incandenza = "tree hugging hippie" Watch out, I hear he's often mistaken for Vin Diesel

Guest nl5xsk1 Report post Posted January 9, 2003 Do you remember the Store "The Kids Will Have Their Say" In Harvard Square? That place was Taang! central. It is sadly missed. Of course I remember that place ... I never knew it's actual name, though - me and my friends used to just call it "the TAANG! place" because it was the easiest place to find cheap vinyl and videos and whatnot. I get so sad and nostalgic now when I think of how good things were when I was younger ... good all day matinee shows at the Channel on Sundays, good Saturday shows at the old Paradise, Newbury Comics before it became just another generic record store. What happened to the Boston scene?!?

Guest JangoFett4Hire Report post Posted January 14, 2003 Ya, the Newbury Comics slide into "Generic Mall CD/Manic Panic/Trendy Toy" store is most depressing... Harvard Square still has some kick ass music stores though: Second Coming, Looney Tunes, Mystery Train 2, etc

Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Report post Posted January 17, 2003 I'd like to mention something about the Elton John song "Your Song" beacuse it bears saying but doesn't deserve it's own thread: I heard a cover of "Your Song" by Rod Stwerart. Why would you cover Your Song? THE ENTIRE POINT OF THE SONG IS THAT YOU WROTE IT.
