There is NO reasonable expectation of privacy in a "PUBLIC" place, and you may noticed that I was never exactly arguing that there should be. I was speaking to the issue as a matter of principle; I don't like being watched, and in my mind, I don't much differentiate between being watched in my house, or being watched on the street. I liked bubble boy Report post Posted January 14, 2003 Everyone else can watch you when you got out into public, whats a few more eyes who are out looking for CRIMINALS who may harm you or people you care about and not you, average joe blow. Which is one of the reasons I said sacrifices. If one were determined to have their privacy, what's to stop them from purchasing some land out in the middle of nowhere and becoming a hermit or something? This doesn't hide you from the government satellites. Sure go ahead and purchase land, try to hide.
