I officially retract my statments

a while back (when the DVD was released I think, but I'm not sure when it was released so I don't know) I said I had no interest in seeing The Boondock Saints. A week or so ago I caved in and bought it, and it's one of my favorites now. So I have to retract any negative things I said about it. That is all. Boondock Saints rules.

I really, really don't see the allure of this movie.

 

I think we've discussed it on several threads...but aside from the absolutely dignity-discarding and utterly performance by Willem Dafoe, this remains one of the shittiest movies I've ever seen.

 

It does got some bonus points for having a toilet thrown on someone's head from a moderately high elevation, but that's about it.
