Guest wildpegasus Report post Posted January 11, 2003 Benoit and Angle is going to be a great match, probably their best to date as long as they don't have to tone it down for HHH and Steiner. Why? Angle's in better shape than he used to be so hopefully he won't get blown up too bad wrestling Benoit this time. He's also signifigantly better than he was in May 2001. Lastly, one thing I find that hurts Benoit's matches is that he goes down too easily in a lot of his bouts. ie: he puts over his opponents' finisher the way it should be. Now, this is actually is a good thing but when other wrestlers kick out of the same finishers they're the ones that gett credited for having a great match. With Benoit going for his dream, Angle's not going to be able to put away Benoit easily. This IMO is going to make this match a classic in many people's eyes as Benoit's unselfishness will not hold the match down. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
