Guest Si82 Posted February 11, 2003 Report Posted February 11, 2003 Satire. American Psycho is a satire. It's not quite the same as a black comedy. I know what the film is SUPPOSED to be. It tries to be a satire, but works better (to me) as a black comedy. I have to agree. Although, it does satirise the lives of "yuppies" in the 80's very well.
