I'm out of NOAH tapes for the moment, what show would you like me to review now?

Best of UWF vol. 4 is up and Continental Territory is next, its a 5 1/2 hour tape so its gonna take me a while to get it done.

Since I'm not into Puro much I'll go with ECW Hardcore Heaven '94.

good choice Flyboy, that's the show with Cactus/Funk vs. Public Enemy and the fans all throw the chairs.

I went with AJPW Oct. Giant Series. You need more pre-split AJ in your life.

Voting ends on Friday, I just got in part 4 of the AJPW 1995 CC so that gets reviewed tonight, and I owe Goldenboy Tapes a review of Cross Roads and I'm wating until next week when I'm back in school for that one.

A three way tie, jesus.... well here's whats on each one.

Hardcore Heaven' 94 has already been covered above

House party 1996: Final ECW show of Public Enemy, and a shockingly decent match from Sabu vs. Steve Richards

Best of Road Warriors in Japan: Title is self explanitory, this is mid-late 1980's AJPW.

Someone's going to vote for Michinoku Pro vs. BattlArts just to drive me nuts now

I voted for Road Warriors because I want to see what their matches are like overseas

Looks like best of Road Warriors is going to win it, I'm a little surprised with the lack of love for Bruiser Brody. I would have figured that tape would be a shoe in.

Oh well, I haven't even seen the whole tape yet myself and I hate reviewing on first time viewing anyways. I'll do up the review on Friday after noon or Friday night and it will be on SmarkTalk before Rolling Germans, and I have two reviews on RG to copy over, plus Justin said he'd have my newest one up tonight.

I, too, voted for Road Warriors in Japan.

I only know Bruiser Brody for two things:

- Probably being Hardcore Holly's idol in life

- Scaring Lex Luger shitless in a cage!

Looking forward to reading it.

I have some bad news. I was reviewing the Best of RW in Japan, and got about six matches into the tape, those six matches were complete CRAP! This leaves me no motovation to finish the tape, I checked the matchlist and there is a total of 17 matches on it.

I don't think its fair to do a review if I'm not really motovated to as they come out really sucking. If I can find it, I'm going to see if I can retrieve the first six matches of that tape. To be blunt the RW in Japan SUCK! They use about four moves and tag after about thrity seconds. Don't buy this, save your ten bucks and order a pizza or something.

4 moves, eh? Well, that's one more than they used in the States. Did you count Hawk launching his shoulder into the post every match?

But seriously, DO NOT review something you don't want to do. Nobody wins when that happens.

The four moves (not counting punch and kick)

Lariat

Shoulderblock

powerslam

elbow drop

I'm dead serious folks, they went in there with Baba, Tenryu, Jumbo Tsuruta, and even the Funks and didn't do anything aside from the four moves. I'll do Hardcore Heaven (second most votes) over the weekend, I haven't watched it in about two years, but my memory tells me its a decent tape.

Hardcore Heaven '94 is up on Smark Talk right now. My apologies for those who were looking forward to the best of RW in Japan.
