Basically my volume, mute, and all CD player buttons don't work due to a crash (since they did before). So I wonder if anyone knows how to program to work with my computer?

Keyboard in the control Panel. More than likely there'll be a Keyboard hotkeys selection.

It's possible your keyboard needs a special driver installed, since it has those hotkeys. We have about three dozen HPs at work with the hotkeys on the keyboards, and you can't program them without installing the driver first. When it's installed, the option appears in the Control Panel, under keyboard.
