Rap--particularly of the Ja Rule variety--is so mainstream that I can't imagine that large a number of people turning on him. Maybe the crowd, being that it was Philly, were big DMX fans. They've booed Santa, A player leaving the field after getting a career ending neck injury and many many othr things that they have booed which they really shouldn't have booed. It's only one section too. The 700 section of the stadium is filled with lunatics and that's what makes people think that everyone in Philly is insane.
