THIS is how you give Kane a direction.  Have everyone start referring to him as "Kane the Brain," have Bobby the Brain be his manager, and every time he outsmarts his opponent, have him nod while pointing to his head, 80s style, while Heenan acts amazed at his mental prowess--applauding him from the outside.  He'll get lots of heel heat that way.

Kurt Angle can then challenge Kane the Brain to a match about his favorite "I," Intelligence, at Wrestlemania.  It will be a "Diploma on a Pole" match.  

 

Big Boss Man will ref the match.  He'll dress up in a cap and gown and call himself the "Dean of Pain."  

 

This week, he'll come out and give promos that start with "LET ME LEARN YA SOMETHIN'!"
