syxx2001 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 I think i may know what Konnan's role might be. I read on nwatna.com that Konnan told Tenay "You know what this is about!". Maybe Konnan is attacking all of the lightweights and will claim that they destroyed lucha libre wrestling with their high spots and not wrestling. Maybe? Maybe not. Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 Good topic. I was just going to make a topic about this. That's a good theory, especially since Russo loves to take real things and make them into angles. Konnan's role either has something to do with the X division or maybe just with David Young who's match it has been that he's run into each week.
Guest BoboBrazil Report post Posted January 24, 2003 It would be sweet if Konnan would bring in some luchadores and started a feud with the TNA X division guys, saying how they aren't as talented.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 My god. That would be sweet.
syxx2001 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 yea really ' konnan, juvi and psicosis? in their masks maybe? psicosis with his mask would rule.
Astro101 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 Didn't Konan beat down David Young for two weeks now? I can't remember last week's. If so, there's a feud right there.
Guest The Notorious CRD Report post Posted January 24, 2003 Konnan and some luchadores versus the X division? That has some potential. Bring in Juvy, Psicosis, etc.
Guest RedJed Report post Posted January 24, 2003 A luchadores v. X division guys like Young, Shark Boy, David Cross, etc would TOTALLY rule all. Doing this and the SEX-Oldschool storyline both as seperate angles would make these shows even more interesting than they are now.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 I have to say that really is one of the best ideas I've heard. As it stands the only guys who aren't really involved in the S.E.X. storyline at this point are guys like David Young, Jason Cross, Tony Mamaluke, Divine Storm and the SATs. That angle would give them something to do too. Good idea.
Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 Maybe some new luchadors. Juvy doesn't give a shit anymore, and I'm not sure about psychosis anymore. he didn't look great in that four-way.
syxx2001 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2003 they could bring in people from mexico no one has heard of. or super crazy. or they could use mexican and japanese wrestlers and get ultimo dragon and dragon kid.
Guest The Last Free Voice Report post Posted January 25, 2003 I dont think that idea would work. Russo has a bad rep with the lucadores. I doubt they'd work for him again.
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Report post Posted January 25, 2003 The Amazing Red Vs Juvi would be an excellent Match. Well, that depends on Juvi's condition. I've seen some of his Matches from WWA. He seemed alot different from his WCW days.

JustJoe2k5 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2003 Yeah, a Lucha Libre stable with Konnan, Super Crazy, Psicosis, and Juventud Guerrera would be awesome. They could make their own Cruiserweight title and defend it in true Lucha Libre matches between each other. I've heard XPW's Super Crazy-Psicosis matches have been pretty good. Guest RedJed Report post Posted January 27, 2003 Yeah but the point still remains he doesn't have any full creative control here like he did in WCW. Jarrett is clearly the main booker.
