Guest CED Ordonez Report post Posted January 25, 2003 I was hoping that I would've gone out with a little more bang and one last big gimmick, but the SWF has fallen down the personal priority list. With a college degree finally within reach among other things, I'm hanging up the purple tights and walking away from the SWF. It's been a fun ride and through the hard writing, burn-outs, and constant no-shows, I have a great appreciation for each and every single one of you folks that have stuck with this e-fed through thick and thin. And let's hope I don't miss people here: Crusen - The man that let me through the door. Thank you. Z/Alex Zenon - My first regular tag team partner. The Z & Ced Connection was a fun tag team to think of hilarious things to do with. Thoth/Orochi - BCW 4 Life. I can't believe I actually did DDR-related gimmick and it'll be in the SWF championship history books. Annie Eclectic/El Luchadore Magnifico - Fellow DDR Freaks! (Y)~! Tom Flesher - If only I could be as consistently good... Mak Francis - Thanks for carrying me to some good matches near the end. Danny Williams - Fuck Mutoh. Danny Williams is PURORESU LOVE~! Frost - The one man that made me say "Fuckin' shit, I'm screwed." out loud every time I saw my name against his. Tod deKindes - You write some great stuff, but you're no-sold way too often. Definitely one of the most underappreciated writers in the e-fed. Ash Ketchum - Put a big smile on my face by marking the fuck out for me when I first set foot into the SJL and giving me a spot in XF9. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson - Lit a fire under my ass in chat until I actually starting showing up again. A small percentage of my last comeback can be accredited to him. Chris Raynor - Ranking me in at #1 through #5 on his Top 5 Best Names in the SWF, giving me a great appreciation for my actual name. Suicide King - Fine, I'll say it: You're God or a reasonable facsimile. With those words, I am officially retired from active writing in the SWF. Of course, I'm as retired as everybody else that has retired from the SWF. Please keep me in your hearts...and if possible, your writing, for I always wanted to be a regular SWF/JL referee. Guest Ace309 Report post Posted January 25, 2003 Yeah, well, Eddy Long didn't really WANT to ref ladder/submission on Sunday anyways. You'll be missed until you get the bug again.
Guest chirs3 Report post Posted January 25, 2003 Well, retirees are no longer eligible for the "best name" list, but fuck it, I'm starting a Hall of Fame for you. Ced Ordonez, #'s 1 - 100.
Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted January 25, 2003 Now I have to find a new porter for the job train. I guess I still have Xero on there, but he always shows up drunk. Ced was dependable and sober. How about that for a compliment?
Guest Thoth Report post Posted January 25, 2003 I can't believe I did it either. Good times man, good times.

Guest realitycheck Report post Posted January 26, 2003 It's a damn shame that the Ced and Z Connection never got to have that run with the tag belts I thought we would when we were bumped, or hell, even one match in the WF. Ced, you were great, and it's a shame you were never really able to break out, or realize your niche outside of being "that tag guy." Oh well. You WERE a great partner. Guest kelloggs Report post Posted January 26, 2003 Ced, I enjoyed working with you and I definitely had fun planning out our matches. I pretty much knew that you might have to retire, but I hope you come back.
