Guest Mik at Cornell Report post Posted January 25, 2003 Well, I would be lying if I said Owen Wilson wasn't my favorite actor in the whole world. His comedic persona and timing match my sense of humor exactly. I will be checking out the Sneak Preview tonight at 7:30, I absolutely can't wait, as Shanghai Noon is one of my favorite Owen movies, along with Bottle Rocket and Zoolander. Rotten Tomatoes only has 2 review up so far, but they are both positive. I've heard great things and the first time I saw the trailer I laughed my ass off. Well, hopefully I'll be seeing a great one, and hopefully some of you will check this movie out.
Guest Mik at Cornell Report post Posted January 26, 2003 Just got back...all I can say is the movie rocked. It played to a packed house, the audience was laughing the whole way through and some people even cheered at the end (I hate when that happens). Movie was hilarious. Owen rocked, Jackie was pretty funny and the fight scenes were killer. Especially the end one. Shanghai Noon was a wee bit funnier if you ask me, but this was a killer movie all the way. I highly reccommend if you like either Chan, Owen or both.
