Hunted (the Tommy Lee Jones movie)

I just got back from a screening of this movie and I still can't beleive how good it was.

 

I'm not an action movie fan...but this film was phenomenal. That acting was top notch...and there was a great story that never got in the way of what was, essentially, a 90 minute action sequence.

 

It's a very violent film, in some ways maybe the most violent I've seen, but it's all so well done and so exciting. There are moments in this movie that will haunt me for a long time.

 

I can't remember a better time I've had watching a movie in a theater than this. I give it my highest recommendation.

More violent than Cannibal Holocaust? Nah, just joking. Hunted really wasn't on my priorities list, but after this recommendation, I'll probably put it there.

Sounds great. I actually thought this was looking pretty good already. Del Toro as the villain, TLJ in his Fugitive/U.S. Marshals role, I'll go see that any day.

I never saw Gangs of New York. I almost didn't go to the screening because the trailer didn't really appeal to me.

The commericals for Hunted make it look like a melding of the Fugitive and Rambo.

Agree, but if bps likes it this may deserve a second look -- when it comes out on DVD of course...

It was on my list simply because Del Toro is in and I love him. It's not very high up my list, but I'll definatly check it out sooner or later.

I like both these guys, but I can't remember such a blatant non-Van Damme ripoff of Rambo. If people say good things about it, I may have to check it out, (though I can't see myself paying)
