What's Ghaffari using?

I saw on Strong Style Spirit that Matt Ghaffari, in his recent outings, has been using the 'Ghaffari Press' as his finisher. Unlike, say, Aleksandr Karelin, who had a well-defined signature move from Greco that translated into the world of professional wrestling, Ghaffari was a strategic, low-impact Greco-Roman competitor, so I can't possibly figure out what this move is.

 

What is the 'Ghaffari Press?'
