Personally, I think it's fun to see a gun-toting, badass cop, learning to deal with being a super-hero who is already world-famous, and already has made many dangerous enemies. I do have to say that "My Black Panther" will always be T'Challa (who I'm enjoying immensley in Avengers). Just don't know about this Kole guy, seems like Priest is just doing the same ol' vigilante cop thing that's been done to death, just probably a more intelligent version. Guest Sassquatch Report post Posted January 30, 2003 They are trying to garner interest from new fans by having a different person with different methods of handling things propositioned as the Black Panther when Kole is nothing like the original? As long as this leads to a showdown with Kole and T'Challa I have no problem with the current storyline. Guest raptor Report post Posted January 30, 2003 T'Challa is still Black Panther... but as an exclusive Avenger. Pretty interesting character arc he and Iron Man have going on right now.
