Guest Choken One Report post Posted January 30, 2003 Cancel This~! I'll watch Carson Daly... Daly may not be funny but at least he knows how to interview. Which is what a TALK SHOW is supposed to do and he can bring in better guest...Tonight he has Simeon Rice and Gabby Reece...better then Kimmel's best friend and THE WORST COMEDIAN in america. Guest Mole Report post Posted January 30, 2003 Yeah, that guy was bad. But I'm watching it just because Jimmy is funny. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, so.
Guest Vern Gagne Report post Posted January 30, 2003 Yeah he burned alot of Bridges with the Fox Announcers, Would often castrate Hollywood stars on Man Show and is considered a Idiot by Hollywood's Elite. He burned bridges with Terry Bradshaw? If anyone saw Leno on Monday the day before Christmas Eve. Bradshaw came out in a Santa suit drunk. If anything Bradshaw would be a great guest for this show. Guest kkktookmybabyaway Report post Posted January 30, 2003 The Hollywood elite thinking you're an idiot? Not much of an insult there, but then again those are some of the people that bump the ratings for late-night talk shows...
Guest Bricks Report post Posted January 30, 2003 I liked last night's episode... But once Snoop is gone, I'm probably gone too. I get the show at 1 AM and I need my sleep.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted January 31, 2003 SUPER DAVE OSBORNE is on Friday. Now tell me thats not just sad..
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Report post Posted January 31, 2003 I think Snoop meshes well -- I wonder if they'll make it a full-time thing. Thursday night's show wasn't too bad. BTW: Are you comparing Jim's show to Leno/Letterman or Conan/Kilborn (sp?) -- I'm using the latter duo...
Guest Lord of The Curry Report post Posted January 31, 2003 Snoop Dogg talking about how his cat pissed on his Uncle Rio's pimp suit had me in fucking stitches.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Report post Posted January 31, 2003 Was I the only one wondering why Snoop called his cat Frank Sinatra (sp?) when his cat didn't have blue eyes? Probably...
Guest Lethargic Report post Posted January 31, 2003 I liked last night's show a lot better. Though I have a tough time believing this thing will be worth watching once Snoop leaves. So far, he's the best thing about it. I also don't see the problem with the guests. I think the show is cool the way it is. Who needs to see the exact same people that are always on Leno and Letterman on yet ANOTHER show? I like seeing these kooky people and stuff. I think it makes the show a lot more relaxed and it's just like a bunch of friends hanging out acting like idiots. Having big name celebs on there would ruin the part of the show that seperates it from being a carbon copy of the others.
Guest Star Ocean 3 Report post Posted January 31, 2003 I liked last night's show. It seemed more laid back and less chaotic than the other episodes. That Gerhard guy was pretty funny, too.
Guest Army Eye Report post Posted January 31, 2003 I think Snoop meshes well -- I wonder if they'll make it a full-time thing. Thursday night's show wasn't too bad. I doubt Snoop would want to do this full-time. He has better, and more lucrative things to do. He is the best part of the show though! I'll be sad to see him go
Guest TheArchiteck Report post Posted January 31, 2003 I've yet to see a full episode. Comes like 10-15 after 12. And I gotta wake up at like 6-7 am . Once 1am hits..i'm out like a light. But all I remember one night is they was deepfrying everything. Did they deepfry that puppet? I was falling asleep and I don't know if they did it forreal or I was dreaming or something. Guest kkktookmybabyaway Report post Posted January 31, 2003 I think one reason the environment is more "laid back" is because I think Jimmy knows it'll get canned, so why bother worrying? BTW: I wonder how many more "paranormal" guests are going to come on the show...
Guest CanadianChris Report post Posted February 1, 2003 I think one reason the environment is more "laid back" is because I think Jimmy knows it'll get canned, so why bother worrying? Hell yeah. He intro'ed Sunday night's show by saying "Welcome to the first episode of 'Enjoy It While It Lasts.'"
