just replace the <> with [] and the url with whatever the address is.

when you click on "add reply" and it comes up with the window where you can type the post, there's a button at the top that says "IMG".

 

Click that, and you can type the URL to your picture there. I assume you know that you have to have the picture stored on some webspace somewhere, right?

You can goto a server like boomspeed or something and upload it from your cpu to you account with the server and it will give you a URL that you can use online. Alot of them are free. Just go to google and search for internet hosting.
