Need Scott Hall Parts in SD4...

I have unlocked the create parts 7 at wrestlemania, but when I go to make Scott Hall, The parts still show locked. Anyone else have this problem?

What, the skinny, no teeth, nWo design is too small, fake looking moveset Scott Hall they give you? Sure, he looks good from far away, and the Razor's Edge is a good move, but you can't deny standing him up to a real wrestler from the game that he is a patheic CAW wrestler than doesn't measure up.
