Guest Respect The 'Taker Report post Posted February 1, 2003 I was just going to address this to everyone, but seeing as it is pretty much exclusive to the UK, i figured this would be more productive. I'm just wondering if any Brits have heard any stuff from The Music. I read up somewhere that a September release was scheduled for an album of theirs over in the United Kingdom, however we've recieved jack shit here in Australia and usually we're really quick to get into what the Brits pump out. I downloaded 'The People' by The Music and can't stop playing it. Just wondering if anyone out there has their album or knows any news on the production of a worldwide album launch of theirs. Thanks in advance if you know anything! UYI
Guest Dace59 Report post Posted February 1, 2003 Yes, we unforntatly have The Music. Personally, I wonder why a country that invented Heavy Metal and Black Metal could turn out such utter shit. I'm sure their S/T album is out. Oh, and UK Civilians? Civilian = non millarty personal. *Goes out to by another Death album to wash the dirty feeling away*

Im not committed to just one genre, in fact i dont look at music in catergories. If a tune is catchy, then i like it, whether its called pop, rap or rock makes no difference, as it shouldn't. But what IS the obsession with all these 'The' names. It's killing me...

Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted February 1, 2003 Hey, Dace, America created thrash metal, jump-started hardcore punk, and we also created death metal. How do you think WE feel about useless fucks like Linkin Park and Korn?!
