Guest Longdogger_Pete Report post Posted February 1, 2003 This is unrelated to our league, but the country received a terrible shock this morning, and though it is certainly a big deal throughout the country, here in Florida where I live it plays a very big part in our way of life and is absolutely devastating to a lot of people. That said, my thoughts and prayers are with the families of the seven astronauts we lost today, and I hope everyone else's are as well.

Guest Thoth Report post Posted February 1, 2003 I'm still in shock. The scary thing is, I just read a problem in my Probability book. "What are the odds of another shuttle disaster happening?" The odds were 1 in 75. This was very close to the 75th launch of the Space Shuttle since Challenger.
