Ring Entrance: The lights slowly fade to black as the 'Legion of Doom' Theme begins to play. The crowd erupts into cheers as a wall of fire rises on the stage. Through the fire, calmly and confidently walks Cassius Atkinson, followed by Dominator. He slowly walks down the ramp and climbs the steel steps and into the ring between the top and middle rope. Funyon announces his stats as Cassius climbs each turnbuckle in no particular order and taunts a little like Scott Steiner does. Finally, in the centre of the ring he raises his arms and the flames die down.

When in No DQ matches, Cassius will resort to using a devastating whip mades out of barbed wire, the ultimate in pain-infliction. Back in a previous fed, he was good friends of a group of people known as the DIABLOS, to this day Cassius can still be seen hanging around with them. They never appear during his matches, though...

Notes: Smooth in ring style, rarely loses composure. Methodical assault on a body part if necessary. Not the strongest of wrestlers, he relies on speed and skill to keep his opponents under control. A speeded up, move set expanded version of Stephen Regal from back when he was good. Cheats rampantly but believes himself to be a shining example of English fair play.

 

Dragon is now accompanied to the ring by his butler, Robertson. Robertson is a massively strong, brutal man, who interferes liberally in Dragon's matches. Does not speak or react emotionally at all.

Bio: English Dragon wrestled under his real identity in England and Japan (that identity has now been heavily concealed from the public), capturing 7 different titles until an American, who Dragon refuses to name, beat him "with a fluke roll up" for all 7 titles. Furious, Dragon began a descent into hatred of all things American. Donning a mask, Dragon travelled to the US to gain revenge for his lost titles...spiralling further into anger...and here the story begins....

 

Dragon made a good start in the SJL, quickly becoming TV champion. A quick loss and regain of that belt led to him becoming a two time champ. Dragon threw in his lot with urban Decay~! and now guns for the European Title.

Looks: Long black hair with a blueish tinge running through it, brown eyes, clean shaven, usually wearing a black sleeveless cotton shirt with a lace up collar and a Wildhearts Smiley face (a manically grinning smiley face with crossbones behind it and drooling brain-matter dripping down it) print on the back, Black leather trouser with cris-cross lacing running down the sides, Black boots, fingerless black leather gloves, Black wristbands which run from the wrist to above the elbow) with a gray spiral patterning running up the length and covering the majority of the wristbands, plain black elbow pad with studs and at the top of each arm he has a black crown of thorns style tattoo (ala Goldberg) which wrap around each arm.

 

Ring Entrance: Suddenly the arena lights go out, after a few seconds a fuse like pyro starts to burn at the base of the entrance ramp, the pyro runs up the entrance ramp then explodes into a deep red pyro, suddenly Adema's “Immortal” (this was previously used by Aecas, but he changed his intro music and said I could use this..... what a great chap!!!) kicks out over the speakers. The lights go up as Johnathan stands in the entrance way with his back to the crowd, his arms extended out to the sides and raised slightly (ala the start of Y2J entrance). He spins around walking down to the ring, giving the crowd on either side a few high fives, before sliding face first into the centre of the ring (ala Edge) getting to his feet he moves to one of the turn buckles jumping up onto the second turnbuckle and looking out at the crowd before jumping back into the ring.

 

Stats: (These have been changed slight to provide a little bit more of a balance)

Sheer Drop Spinning Fishermans Cradle - (This is essentially Perry Saturn's 3 Handled Family Cadenza (As the ever reliable Move Monkey Dace kindly informs me) but the opponent it dropped more on their head and neck rather than their back)

 

Extreme Horror (more commonly known as the Samoan driver / Amityville horror) – (Johnathan lifts his opponent up so he/she is lying across his shoulders on their stomach. Johnathan releases his opponent's legs and swings them around as if he was going to body-slam them, but instead he drops his opponent on their head as he sits down.)

 

Extreme Momentum Stopper [EMS] – (The spear)

 

Extreme Bomb - (Johnathan stands behind his opponent, locking them up in a full nelson, lifting them up and dropping them down like a Bubba Bomb, except as with the Daizie Cutter Johnathan drops to his knees reather than into a sitting possition)

 

Yakuza Kick - (No Explanations needed here!)

 

Daizie Cutter - (This one's essentially your common or garden Stone Cold Stunner except Johnathan only drops down to his knees and not into a sitting possition... you could call it a fancy kind of Jawbreaker I guess)

These are only ever done late in a match, so I guess you could call them alternate finishers of course they're not quite on the same level as finisher's but hey they look cool so who cares and yes these could be rare moves, but they're probably done less frequently than the rare moves.

 

Spiral Fire (Spinning Spike Backslide Pin) – (Johnathan gets back to back with his opponent and hooks both of their arms, lifting his opponent up onto his back he spins around through 180 degrees, suddenly diving forward bending at his waist dropping towards the mat, causing his opponent to slide forward and have their shoulder's pinned to the mat with more of a bump that a regular backslide. When his opponent is pinned down, Johnathan pushes up with his legs to keep the victim pinned to the mat. This is one of Johnathan's favourite moves and one that he's more than happy to use a a finisher when he has the chance.)

 

Extreme Terror - (Johnathan lifts his oponent up onto his shoulders as if he was going to do a Reverse DVD / Burning Hammer, the spins them foward as if he was doing an Extreme Horror but dropping to his knees instead of into a sitting possition... this is quite a nasty head and neck drop a bit like Aecas's Executioner Finisher so it's VERY VERY RARE (I don't know when I'm going to use it if that tells you something... ) )

A.O.D (Angel of Death) – (Johnathan’s old finisher from his days in Japan, and one of his favorite moves for dealing with people who’ve just pissed him off - Johnathan applies a front face lock on the victim and throws his opponent's near arm across his shoulders. Then grabbing his opponent’s tights he lifts them straight up in the air so they are upside down. Johnathan turns the victim slightly and releases his opponent's head and drops them in-between their legs so they land on their head.)

 

Extreme Lockdown (Extreme Bomb to Full Nelson Camel Clutch (The Ne-Han Submission from No Mercy)) - (Johnathan stands behind his opponent, locking them up in a full nelson, lifting them up and dropping them down like a Bubba Bomb, except as with the Daizie Cutter Johnathan drops to his knees reather than into a sitting possition, however instead of letting go of his opponent, Johnathan keeps the full nelson locked, pushing up with his and turning his opponent up and over until his opponet is in a camel clutch possition, Johnathan then leans back still holding the full nelson)

 

Air Extreme (Frog Splash Pin) - (one of the only high flying moves he really does, usually pulled out on those opponents he really can't lift or if he needs a high flying move for a specific match type)

 

The Bostonian (High Angle Boston Crab) - (His Primary and Favourite Submission Finisher, it's the Walls of Jerrico when Jerico was doing them properly, not the sloppy ones he does now adays)

(Impact) - (This is Johnathan's brand spangally new finisher (I'd like to thank Crow, Tom Felsher and some Japanses Bloke who's name I can't spell for their unknowing inspiration of this move - Thanks guys) HEADDROPPPPPA!!!! is a Single Arm Jumping Brain Buster and as such will only be done on opponents under 250Lbs. When doing this is accompanied by a loud scream of HEADDROPPPPPA!!! at the vertex of move from Johnathan and the fan... (while this move may not always get a pin it does get a great reaction and response from the crowd))

 

The Ultimate Solution (Impact) – (Johnathan’s newer and slightly more flashy version of the A.O.D, Johnathan applies 3/4 face lock (basically, his opponent's head on his shoulder with Johnathan forming a headlock around the top of their head as he has his back to his opponent) and runs towards a corner and runs up the ring ropes with the facelock still applied. Johnathan kicks off the top rope and back flips the over his opponent landing with his opponent in an inverted face lock, from here, his free hand hooks his opponents near leg, Johnathan then lifts his opponent up to a vertical position before dropping his opponent down on in between his legs so they land on their head).

 

Small Package Beta (Pin Move) - (Johnathan stands infront of his opponent with his back to them [so the both face the same way] he reaches back, grabs both of his opponents arms at the wrist and crosses them over his chest, before snapping his opponent forward over his shoulder so they land back first on the mat with TES on top of them facing the same way. TES uses his legs to hook his opponents legs from the outside of the knee [so all for limbs are hooked] 1.. 2.. 3! [This one's been created by the SWF's Resident move monkey Dace Night so we all know it works ] )

 

 

Notes: In the ring, Johnathan is a total profession, his fencing background has taught him that if you’re not 100% committed you’ll end up loosing, he brings the same attitude into the ring but he isn’t averse to having fun, he quite happy showboating for the crowd a little or talking a trash to his opponent. Out of the ring, Johnathan is the kind of guy who’ll get on with anyone, whether he wins or losses, he’ll always be the first one in the bar and the first one to get the drinks in (after all he’s a Geordie and when it come to having fun he’ll drink and party with the best of them.

Looks: Tybalt is of hispanic descent with short black hair with long sideburns that looks as if it hasn't been washed for a day or two. He also has a thin moustache with a small goatee trimmed to a fine triangle. His ring gear consists of black spandex pants. Tybalt always wears a small gold crucifix to the ring. He wears an unbuttoned shirt which always has some kind of biblical image to the ring. His boots are jet black as well, each with a blood red cross on the outside.

 

Ring Entrance: The entrance lights turn red as Tybalt is heard saying "Peace? I hate the word. As I hate hell, all these fans, and thee."

 

A black smoke from backstage floods the entry way as "Clint Eastwood" by the Gorillaz cues up. Tybalt emerges with Dangeress only a step behind. He walks to the ring, making various rude gestures to the fans. He rolls in to the ring, climbs the ropes, then does a "Suck it" crotch chop.

Notes: Tybalt is a no good sum'bitch. He poses as a talented technical wrestler, but spends as much time as possible cheating to win. Dangeress often conceals various weapons for him in inconspicuous places upon her person. Tybalt seems to think he's a character in a Shakespearian story much like his namesake, and always talks in a bastardized version of Middle English.

 

Bio: Tybalt was once a friend of Scott Solomon on the indy circuit, where the two were a semi-successful tag team. Tybalt was also a very successful jr. heavyweight, and there he met Dangeress. Tybalt vowed to take no prisoners in his quest for success and promises to attack SJL head on.

Looks: Arguably the biggest wrestler (think a younger John "Earthquake" Tenta) to come out of Asia since Giant Baba, this gaijin (non-Japanese) brawler wears a mask depicting an oni (a Japanese demon) - which he keeps on throughout his match. He usually wears plain black tights, though sometimes they can be dark red.

 

Ring Entrance: A loud sound of an Oriental gong is heard three times. At the third gong, the lights black out and when they come back on 5 seconds later, Korgath can be found in the ring.

 

He gets no introduction from Funyon - everyone thinks he's some well-known wrestler, and he gets heel heat when they find out he isn't.

Bio: Like many big men in history, young Dominic Korgath was spotted while at an indy wrestling show in Japan, and began training soon after. After a few months in the circuit, however, he chose to come to the US, where men his size are more "appreciated". Marketing himself as the "Big Demon from Japan", Korgath hopes to make it big in the Mecca of Pro-Wrestling. Unfortunately, though, his lack of experience has cost him many a match. Nonetheless, with his alliance with the dominant heel faction in the SJL - Urban Decay, it won't be long before victory comes down his path.

Stop Sien (Opponent must be sitting up straight on the mat or floor with his back turned to one of the turnbuckles. Sien climbs up the top turnbuckle, raises his hands up in a "Y" position, looks at his right and and makes it into a fist, looks at his right hand, smacks his hand into his fist with his hand, and then jumps down, driving his right elbow into his opponent's skull.) (In his face days, fans reacted to this like they do to the People's Elbow.)

 

Notes:

Cheating. Trash talking. Slaps and kicks while the opponents down. Arguing with audience members. Y'know, just your average "I'm better than anyone" heel. Also, Axis never refers to Doug as "The Sien".

 

Bio:

Doug Sienkenwicz was the biggest babyface in the MWA (Memphis Championship Alliance). The seven-time Heavyweight champion left the MWA hoping to make it huge in the SWL. The Sien (as the fans affectionally called him) expected to get a huge push and at least start out as an upper-midcarder. Todd's career began in the US Indy's where he won his fair share of titles, and boosted his ego to astronomical levels. Eventually the crowd pops again as Maddix runs out from the back, stops on the top of the stage and spins around ala Shawn Michaels, soaking up the adulation from the crowd.

Top Rope Jawbreaker- With both men on the top or middle ropes, Maddix grabs the head for a jawbreaker and leaps off with a super jawbreaker. Usually a counter for other top rope moves like super hurricanranas and such.

 

Fisherman's Buster- Fisherman's suplex into a brain buster. Only used on smaller wrestlers or with extra leverage.

 

 

Finishers:

Crash Landon- With Landon on the middle rope, and the opponent stood in front of him on the mat, a Tornado Downward Spiral.

 

Fah-Laming Fury Moonsault- Slingshots up to the top rope from the apron, into a Double Springboard Moonsault.

 

 

Notes: As above, likes to take a risk, and use his agility to out-wit much taller/bigger/stronger opponents. Doesn't cheat much in the sense of old school cheating tactics, but will use table spots frequently when the rules allow it though. A cocky kid, but still a face-not too overbearing. Tends to play to the crowd at times, and sometimes use his speed and agility to frustate larger (hoss like) opposition in a playful, humiliating way. Vast movelist.

 

Bio: The skinny kid from Huron, he was just another kid until he got into watching wrestling to try and be more popular with a group of kids in high school. Eventually he actually grew to like wrestling, and grew up idolising Shawn Michaels. The more he watched, the more he appreciated the wrestling he saw and eventually decided to try and get into the business himself. After a couple of years of hard training, Maddix finally got near to getting to the big time, until his father stopped him, as he didn't want his son involved in a 'stupid job' like wrestling. He told Landon if he went ahead with wrestling, it was the end of their relationship. Maddix went against his wishes though, and vowed to prove him wrong, but the rejection of his father still affects him to this day. Ultimate goal is to prove to his father that wrestling is a 'real job'.
