Guest MDH257 Report post Posted February 2, 2003 Over at the official "Freaks and Geeks" website, the show's creators are collecting names and e-mail addreses to show Dreamworks how many people want to see the show on DVD. If they get enough names, Dreamworks will see that it's worthwhile. Click Here BTW, the topic description was supposed to say : "See what you can do about it." Guest Downhome Report post Posted February 2, 2003 Why in the hell is it even a question as to if it should be released on DVD or not!?
Guest MDH257 Report post Posted February 2, 2003 Why in the hell is it even a question as to if it should be released on DVD or not!? As explained on the website. Dreamworks has never seen any profit from the show and buying the rights to the music in every episode will be very expensive. So Dreamworks needs to know enough people will buy the DVD for them to make a profit off of it. Almost everyone who has seen the show loves it, the problem is that not many people have seen it.
